Enchiladas Jaiba

Two flour tortillas rolled and filled with Dungeness crab meat, scallions, celery, onions, parsley and spices. Topped with Monterrey Jack cheese and a special “Tomatillo” sauce and sour cream. Served with a side of beans and rice.
